Back in 1973, we rolled out with just a pickup truck and a commitment to doing things right. Today, we're proud to remain family-owned, bringing that same trusted care to homes, businesses and rentals all over the island.
Juan Sr. first moved to Kauaʻi with his wife Kathryn back in 1968, putting down roots and falling deeply in love with the island and its community. In 1973, he officially established the business alongside his brother-in-law, starting out of the back of a pickup truck with little more than hard work and a commitment to doing things right. Over the decades, the business naturally evolved into a close-knit, multi-generational father-and-son operation. Today, we are proud to remain entirely family-owned and operated, carrying forward those same foundational values, honest work ethic, and hands-on dedication to every home and vacation rental we service across the island.
